General Return Policy
Unopened Items: Items in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange.
Opened or Damaged Items: Items that have been opened, damaged, or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Cannabis, Nicotine, and Derived Products: All sales of cannabis, nicotine, and derived products are final unless deemed defective. All returns are subject to the Store Manager’s discretion.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: For issues arising beyond 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Identification Requirement:
A valid photo ID may be required to process returns to confirm purchase information.

Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Processing Time: The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Returns are only accepted within the province where the purchase was made.
Shipping High-Value Items: If returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
